Sent when one of the watched fields changes: name, surname, email, phone, birth_date, notification_settings, is_hidden, is_active, tax_number, company_name, street_number, city, country, postal_code.

Return any 2xx to acknowledge. Anything else is retried after 10 s, 1 min and 5 min; after 20 failed deliveries in a row the webhook is disabled in the panel.
